TERMS AND COSTS OF TRANSPORTATION

Goods are shipped on the same day for orders placed until 12:30 p.m. [applies to shipments from the Central Warehouse].

Transport service provided to the address specified by the Customer:

• Parcel – PLN 20 net; FREE shipping for orders over PLN 1,000
• Standard pallet – PLN 139 net;
  • FREE shipping on orders over PLN 3,500
  • FREE shipping on orders over PLN 5,000 [lightweight bulky products, e.g., protective pipes]
• Custom pallet with dimensions – PLN 350 net;
  • FREE shipping on orders over PLN 7,000 [products between 2m and 3m in length]
  • FREE shipping on orders over PLN 10,000 [photovoltaic panels]
• Large-size products – individual pricing by sales representative

We ship goods to the address specified by the customer in the order using our own transport or the services of courier companies: DHL, FedEx, PEKAES.

Standard package

• Maximum weight of the element: 31.5 kg.
• Standard element dimensions: 1.2 x 0.6 x 0.6 (m). If the longest side of the element is longer than 1.2 m or any of the other sides exceeds 0.6 m, an additional fee for a non-standard element will be charged.
• Maximum length of the element: 2 m. The sum of the sides (length + width + height) cannot exceed 3 m.

Pallet shipment

• Goods placed on a pallet, not protruding beyond its outline, with the shorter side of the base not exceeding 80 cm, the longer side of the base not exceeding 120 cm, and the height not exceeding 180 cm (including the base).
• The weight limit for goods including the pallet is 1000 kg. 
• A shipment exceeding 2.4 m in length is treated as a long shipment, which is subject to individual pricing by the Trader. The cost of the fee starts at PLN 600 net and depends on the type, length, and weight of the goods, as well as the distance calculated in kilometers.
